Selena Gomez’s Movie ‘Behaving Badly’ Is In Theaters & It Has A 0% Tomato Reading

If you blinked, you probably missed the fact that a Selena Gomez movie called Behaving Badly, which was shot back in 2012, was quietly popped into limited theatrical release this past weekend. (It’s currently playing at the AMC Universal Citywalk in Los Angeles and, well, it’s nowhere to be found in New York.) The Tim Garrick-directed flick is based on Ric Bowde‘s autobiographical 2000 novel While I’m Dead Feed The Dog — the author has branded the film adaptation “a piece of shit white-bread movie,” by the way — and also stars Elisabeth Shue, Nat Wolff, Mary-Louise Parker and Dylan McDermott.

The real eyebrow-raiser about the film isn’t that it’s simply bad (see the IMDB thread “One Of The Worst Movies Of 2014”), but that Behaving Badly is apparently so atrocious that it currently holds a 0% tomato reading on Rotten Tomatoes. Granted, no one here at Idolator has actually seen the film, so we can’t actually chime in on where it falls upon The Grand Scale Of Floptitude. But let’s put it to you this way: One of the universally agreed-upon worst movies of the ’00s, the Paris Hilton starrer The Hottie & The Nottie, at least weighs in at 4% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Here’s the trailer for Behaving Badly, lest you find yourself on the fence about taking this movie in. Oh, did we mention…Gary Busey?
