Florrie Covers Troye Sivan’s “Happy Little Pill”: Watch
The Florrie cover series continues! After the UK pop songstress put her delicate touch on Kiesza‘s “Giant In My Heart,” she’s back at it again, this time tackling YouTube sensation-turned-overnight pop star Troye Sivan‘s “Happy Little Pill.”
Stripping down the moody electronic original to just a simple strum of acoustic guitars, Florrie supplies plenty of emotion to the already devastating production. Once again, the singer’s managed to highlight a song’s beautiful melodies while also demonstrating her capable vocal skills. And, with any luck, this will result in heightened interest in her excellent new single, “Little White Lies.”
