Awesome Video Alert: The Rollerskating Sirens In Chet Faker’s “Gold” Video Will Mesmerize You

Mad Skills.
Actually that headline should read awesome video and song alert. Chet Faker‘s latest single “Gold” is an absolute gem but the Hiro Murai-directed visual takes the killer Built On Glass cut to the next level. For starters, the mesmerizing clip stars three scantily-clad babes rollerskating down a dark highway — performing intricate choreography, no less.

The Australian singer/producer (real name Nick Murphy) has a strong track record of delivering memorable videos. He was frozen, thawed and literally rotted away in the stop-animation opus “Talk Is Cheap” and shined a light on the creepiest break-dancer of all time in “Drop The Game”. “Gold”, however, surpasses those gems with its simplicity and flawless execution. Watch up top.

Should have got some real skaters. These 3 didn’t do much. USA Roller Sports could point them in the right direction.

  • Abby

The video is shot on green screen and the lady in the middle totally rocked it.
