Iggy Azalea is so fancy…you already know. But did you know the I-G-G-Y is charitable too?

The Aussie “Black Widow” femcee, along with our favorite “Stay With Me” soul-pop crooner Sam Smith, will both headline at the pre-2014 MTV Video Music Awards concert for the national HIV/AIDS prevention and education nonprofit, Lifebeat – Music Fights HIV/AIDS on Friday, August 22 at The Avalon in LA.

The two skyrocketing sensations have both honored with a MTV Artist To Watch nomination (Iggy last year, and Sam this year), and are part of a long line of acts who have previously headlined the pre-VMA Lifebeat concert, including Robin Thicke, Maroon 5 and The Beastie Boys.

Love you some Iggy and Sam? If you live in Southern California, Time Warner Cable is going to be giving away tickets to residents. So, in the words of Iggy: Do dat, do dat!
