Last April, Betty Who stepped out with her shimmering debut: The Movement EP, a crunchy collection of ’80’s-tinged synth-pop tunes and heartfelt ballads like “Somebody Loves You” and “You’re In Love.” Following a major record label deal, she returned with the Slow Dancing EP earlier this year.

And now, her long-awaited debut album finally has a title, release date and tracklisting. Huzzah!

Betty Who’s debut album Take Me When You Go will be released on October 7, featuring production by Claude Kelly, Martin Johnson, Mag, Starsmith and longtime collaborator, executive producer and musical BFF Peter Thomas, with whom she worked on the record from the very beginning. And to drum up the excitement before the LP drops, she’ll be performing her debut single “Somebody Loves You” on The Today Show this Wednesday, August 27.
