Iggy Azalea Is Suing Sextape-Shopping Ex-Boyfriend For Releasing Old Music & Fraud

Iggy Azalea‘s messy sextape drama took another unexpected twist today (September 17) when the rap diva sued ex-boyfriend Jefe Wine for trying to release old music and, interestingly, for forging a management contract. There’s no specific mention of their intimate home movie (which may or may not exist — she maintains it’s not her) but the suit would still halt its release.

Here’s how. Maurice Williams (her ex’s real name) is claiming to have consent to sell their sextape because Iggy reportedly signed a contract giving him the right to “manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise ‘any’ recording embodying visual images” of her. However, she claims the document is a fake. “The Forged Agreement contains tell-tale signs that it is not genuine,” reads the hitmaker’s lawsuit.

“For example, it includes mismatched fonts on the signature page, paragraph numbers out of sequence, a signature line for ‘Wine Enterprises, inc.’…  and provides, as an address for legal notices, the contact information of an attorney who had no prior knowledge of the Forged Agreement.” Basically the “Fancy” femcee just called his bluff.
