Lana Del Rey Will Perform Two Special Shows At Hollywood Forever Cemetery In October

Given her somber songs, general fascination with death and obsession with the glitz and glamor of Tinseltown, Lana Del Rey‘s upcoming shows at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles could be the ultimate setting to hear her music. The 29-year-old, who recently cancelled shows in Europe due to illness, will perform two special shows at the unlikely venue on October 17 and 18.

The gloomy diva will perform songs from chart-topping sophomore set Ultraviolence and, no doubt, throw in a couple of old gems. The opportunity to hear tunes like “Born To Die” and “Fucked My Way Up To The Top” in close proximity to the dearly departed is pretty irresistible, so make sure to get in early. The fan pre-sale starts on September 24 at 7pm (PST), followed by the public on-sale on September 27 at 12pm PST. Find more info after the jump.
