The Veronicas have taken their devastating new ballad to TV screens down under.
After premiering their gorgeous and artistic visual for “You Ruin Me,” the Aussie sister act is taking the next step in their long-awaited comeback by bringing their latest single to X Factor Australia.
Set within a smoky stage and surrounded by orchestra players, Lisa dramatically crooned the heart-wrenching ballad straight into the camera, accompanied by her sister Jessica on piano. And by the end, the two finally bring it all together by uniting in the middle of the stage to belt out the song’s final few bars — an appropriately chill-inducing performance for an equally emotional number. It certainly seemed to go over well both with the crowd and the judges, all of whom rose to their feet to cheer for the girls.
