Cheryl Cole Performs A Mash-Up of TLC’s “Unpretty” & Beyonce’s “Pretty Hurts”: Watch
Cheryl Cole may not have many cares to give in the world as of late, but the UK singer is now showing off her vulnerable side. She uploaded a video on her official Youtube page yesterday (October 9) with a performance of her singing a mash-up of TLC and Beyonce. The choice of songs? “Unpretty” and “Pretty Hurts,” naturally.
Filmed in a rehearsal studio, the black + white visual finds her stripping down the tracks and performing them acoustically. Meshing “Unpretty” and “Pretty Hurts” is a genius move, but the former Girls Aloud member doesn’t quite showcase their powerfully emotive tones.
Cole’s upcoming fourth studio LP, Only Human, is set for a November 10 release – with “Crazy Stupid Love” and “I Don’t Care” serving as the first two singles.
