Cazwell & Cherie Lily Send Up Video Vixen Chic In Bianca Del Rio-Featuring “Dance Like You Got Good Credit”: Watch

Cazwell, a New York City nightlife fixture for the past decade+, is known for rowdy (and sometimes raunchy) dance-rap jams like “I Seen Beyonce” and “Ice Cream Truck.” Cherie Lily is a fellow artist/fitness diva from the Big Apple who’s married to rocker Andrew W.K. (By the way, Cherie and Andrew have a pretty swank — if not slightly frightening — home.) Together, they whipped up the infectious club cut “Dance Like You Got Good Credit,” the lead single off Caz’s just-released third LP Hard 2 B Fresh that turns our skyrocketing cost of living into social-commentary lemonade.

Visually, “Dance Like You Got Good Credit” is a tongue-in-cheek exercise that both skewers and celebrates twerking, video vixens, strippers and all the other fabulous excesses of hip hop culture. There’s also some pretty great footage of b’boy break-dancing in the Manhattan subways.
