Ariana Grande And Major Lazer’s ‘Hunger Games’ Song, “All My Love”: Listen
When the (thoroughly awesome) Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 tracklisting arrived to us late last month, there was one track (Track 5) that remained a mystery until just days ago — which was revealed to be a collaboration between Ariana Grande and Diplo‘s Major Lazer, as announced during a livestream. And now, the track has just hit the web.
The song is surely a solid collaboration between the two talented parties, as Ariana’s smooth, melodic pipes are layered on top of rich, tribal-like and vaguely ’90’s-leaning dance floor pulsations. “Only love will make us ache, only love is worth the chase,” she sweetly croons before the track suddenly erupts into a wild, stuttering beat breakdown. Hey, who couldn’t use a little bit of dancing in between running around an arena full of teens trying to kill you?
