American Music Awards 2014: Jhene Aiko Keeps It Quirky On The Red Carpet

Jhene Aiko brought her quirky sense of style to the American Music Awards in Los Angeles tonight (November 23). The R&B diva walked the red carpet in a dark orange snakeskin-print gown, which she teamed with diamonds and romantic hair braids. She also showed off her many tattoos in the striking outfit and seemed to be having a great time — smiling and waving to fans and photographers.

The 26-year-old is nominated for Best Female R&B Artist tonight, which reflects her meteoric rise from feature creature/mixtape queen to alt-R&B darling. Jhene had a massive 2013 and 2014, reaching the top 10 on the Billboard 200 with debut EP Sail Out and debut album Souled Out. She also scored her first big hit with stream-of-consciousness anthem “The Worst”. Peruse her pics up top.
