Adam Lambert and Queen have already been traveling all over the world for a while now, treating fans to a truly stellar live rock ‘n roll experience. And last night, the superstar pairing hit the stage on the X Factor UK live results show to perform Queen classic “Somebody To Love” — and basically brought the house down to its knees.
Dressed in a stylish jacket and a chic black button-up, the talented Idol alum showed everyone exactly why the iconic rock group wanted him to step in as their vocalist on tour, as he pulled off some truly insane vocal acrobatics with his larger-than-life dramatic delivery (and those killer high notes!) and undeniable stage presence. Truly, Adam is a superstar: Even the notoriously tough-to-please Simon Cowell lept to his feet to cheer on Lambert at the end of the performance. That’s how it’s done! “Had a great time singing w @queenwillrock on @thexfactor tonight! Thanks for the warm welcome London!,” Adam wrote on Instagram following the performance.
