Taylor Swift Performs “Shake It Off” At Capital Jingle Bell Ball: Watch
It’s kind of unsurprising to hear this considering her utterly insane promotional schedule, but Taylor Swift has laryngitis. Lucky for us (and her loyal Swifties over the in the UK), Billboard‘s Woman Of The Year knows a thing or two about shaking off the undesirable things, which is why she pulled it together to headline the Capital Jingle Bell Ball at the O2 Arena in London over the weekend.
The 1989 singer-songstress performed 5 tracks in total for the screaming crowd, including her Max Martin-crafted smash “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together,” “Blank Space,” a synth-y revamp of “Love Story,” “I Knew You Were Trouble” and, of course, her newly GRAMMY nominated jam, “Shake It Off.” And, despite being sick, the peppy diva looked like she was in high spirits on stage, shimmying her way around and crooning atop a rising platform as confetti streamed from the ceilings. A lil’ sickness isn’t going to stop Taylor from doing her thing!
