Fresh after the release of his third LP 2014 Forest Hills Drive (out today), J. Cole has dropped a brand new video for album cut “Apparently.” The moody visual is glazed with a sea-blue filter, and show Cole reflecting on how he creates his lyrical content and how the rap industry has affected his family and friends.
2014 Forest Hills Drive is the follow-up to 2013’s Born Sinner, and is a special project due to its lack of promotion or singles. Yet, it has both fans and critics buzzing about it being some of his strongest work thus far.
