Chris Brown And Trey Songz Put A Soulful Twist On David Guetta’s “Dangerous”: Listen To The New Remix
David Guetta‘s global hit “Dangerous” has been given a soulful overhaul. Chris Brown and Trey Songz feature on a new remix, creatively titled “Part 2,” of the French DJ’s latest single and manage to do less damage than expected. Trigga’s smooth vocal blends well with Sam Martin‘s original feature and Breezy drops a relatively harmless verse towards the end. It’s an interesting experiment but absolutely unnecessary.
While Listen has produced a string of hits around the world (“Shot Me Down,” “Bad” and “Lovers On The Sun”), “Dangerous” is the first to make much of an impression on the Billboard Hot 100. David promoted the track recently with a live performance on GMA and, no doubt, is hoping to pick up some urban radio airplay with this new version. The same ploy worked for Mr. Probz‘s “Waves,” so I guess it’s worth a try. Listen to the remix after the jump.
