Lawyer Claims Dr. Luke Raped Lady Gaga
Kesha's lawyer jumped on Twitter to accuse Dr. Luke of raping Lady Gaga in the latest twist.

The Kesha/Dr. Luke legal battle took another interesting twist today (December 23). Lawyers for the producer amended his defamation lawsuit to include a christmas card the “Timber” diva sent him after being signed. “To the foxxy-est producer ever! Ur just getting better with time! Thank you for making my wildest dreams come true!” she wrote. Emails her mother sent to the man behind hits like “Dark Horse” and “Wrecking Ball” have also been included.

One email sent in 2011 congratulates Dr. Luke on the birth of his daughter. “I know you are going to be a great dad,” Pebe Sebert enthuses. Another email, sent in 2009, states: “You are part of our family.” The correspondence is being used to refute Kesha’s claims that she was sexually, emotionally and physically abused by the producer. This development comes after K$’s lawyer accused the 41-year-old of raping Lady Gaga — an allegation she immediately denied.
