It's our wish for these ladies to return to the pop scene!

It seems like Natasha Bedingfield‘s music journey is still “Unwritten!” The British singer has been laying low since the release of her 2010 LP Strip Me, but she has just unveiled a new tune — and it’s all for a great cause! Titled “Hope,” the mid-tempo track is an uplifter for women who are struggling with mental illness and wellness. It was recorded for beauty brand Philosophy’s Hope & Grace charity, which aims to raise awareness about mental disorders.

The artist explained on Instagram, “I was so inspired because good mental health is such an important thing for women to focus on. Us women need to stick together , to look after each other.” “Hope” will be released via iTunes on January 13, with 20 percent of proceeds going towards the Hope & Grace initiative. Look out for more of Bedingfield, as she plans on releasing her fourth studio album later this year. Take a listen to the song after the jump!
