CL To Make US Debut In 2015
Watch out, female rappers. Korean superstar CL is set to maker her US debut in 2015!

CL, The Baddest Female/2NE1‘s glamorous femcee, has been working on her US debut with a bunch of high-profile collaborators since signing on with manager-extraordinaire Scooter Braun. So far, the list includes Diplo, Skrillex, Will.i.am and now Florence + The Machine (!!) — at least according to rapper/songwriter Bobby Brackins. He had a huge year in 2014 — penning hits for Tinashe and Chris Brown, releasing his own music and befriending the South Korean bombshell.

“I’m friends with this girl CL now, she’s like the biggest artist in Korea,” the “Hot Box” hitmaker told Noisey. “She hit me up to go work on some songs with Florence and the Machine! I couldn’t do it because it was the night before we were flying out to New York but that would have been crazy to work with Florence.” The idea of the 2NE1 starlet hitting the studio with the ethereal Brit boggles the mind but I’m here for it. In any case, it looks like Lee Chaelin (her real name) is destined to make a splash stateside.
