Get To Know Jason From Sheppard Before They Tour With Meghan Trainor: Idolator Premiere
By now you’ve probably heard Sheppard‘s breakthrough hit “Geronimo” on the airwaves (it’s also climbing the Billboard Hot 100), but how much do you know about the Aussie hitmakers? In the lead-up to the group’s tour with all-conquering “All About That Bass” diva Meghan Trainor, we’ll be premiering a series of videos about each member. Today (February 4) we get to know Jason Bovino a little better.
The band’s guitarist reveals the first concert he ever attended (Matchbox 20!) in the guerilla-type clip and opens up about his reaction to hearing “Geronimo” on the radio. There’s also some insight into what Jason would be doing if music wasn’t an option and which TV show or movie he would prefer to live in. Sheppard will be on the road with Meghan Trainor from February 11 to promote their debut LP Bombs Away, which drops March 10.
