We’ve come to know Jessie Ware as a sweet yet sultry artist who in her videos, displays love in a romantic and honest way. But for her new “Champagne Kisses” single, the singer ups the ante and creates an unexpectedly surreal visual that adds an interesting perspective to your upcoming Valentine’s Day!

Directed by Chris Sweeney, the 1960s-inspired video finds the viewer watching the singer stuck in a waiting room through a fuzzy television screen. There are also eye-catching shots of Rubik’s cubes, prescription pills, and Ware transformed into a piece of wood thrown into the mix. It is all incredibly bizarre yet oddly glamorous.

“Champagne Kisses,” the latest single off Ware’s Tough Love LP (released in October 2014) will be available. on March 23rd on PMR/Island Records. It follows tracks like “You & I (Forever),” “Say You Love Me,” “Pieces” and the album’s title track.
