23 All-Male Songs For A Bromantic Valentine’s Day
Ladies, we love you, but sometimes guys just have to go off and do their own thing.

Trey Songz sings in his latest single, “Slow Motion,” about picking up his date for the club, only to ditch those plans entirely: “When I saw you walking out the door, I just knew you needed something more.”

The song’s new video, released on Valentine’s Day, plays out the exact same way. Songz pulls up to a club valet with a woman, but then decides to take her back to his place instead, where he fixes them drinks and they lounge by his fireplace. Things get heated, as to be expected from the R&B singer who claims to have invented sex — though as promised in his lyrics, he goes nice and slow.

Songz just released “Slow Motion” as the first single off his re-release of 2014’s No. 1 album Trigga, out April 14 and called Trigga Reloaded. The ballad also follows up his Nicki Minaj-featuring hit “Touchin, Lovin” — and so far, it’s off to a promising start in terms of radio airplay. Last week, “Slow Motion” entered Billboard’s Hot R&B Songs chart at No. 12, while “Touchin, Lovin” sits at No. 5.
