Nicole Scherzinger‘s turbulent solo career in America has possibly hit yet another bump.

While the former Pussycat Dolls frontwoman has managed to find success across the pond in the UK as both a pop star and a stage starlet (Cats!), she hasn’t had the best of luck transitioning back to the top of the charts in the US. Although the “Your Love” singer inked a deal as recently as last fall with Epic Records for a planned US release of her latest album Big Fat Lie, it seems as though that deal has possibly fallen through already.

Watchful Killer Lovers noticed this week that Scherzy’s been removed from the artist page of Epic Records.

To be fair, American releases of both “Run” and “Bang” did nothing for the singer, so it’s possible that the entire project’s been scrapped.

However, there’s still a sparkle of hope for potentially good news: Scherzy’s manager Melissa Instagrammed a photo of a Roc Nation logo a week ago. Is Scherzy switching over to Jay Z‘s label? Time will soon tell.

UPDATE: Good news! Nicole’s UK PR sent us the following info:

“Nicole is still signed to Epic in the US. Also the Melissa move to Roc Nation is unrelated. Melissa moved jobs and Nicole is still with Reign Deer and Epic.”
