Big Data Featuring Dragonette’s “Get Some Freedom”: Idolator Song Premiere

Big Data disturbed us all last year with the bloody video for alt-pop, Joywave-featuring hit “Dangerous,” and on March 24, his debut LP 2.0 (which follows the EPs 1.0, 1.5 and 1.6) will be released via Warner Bros. The album features collaborations with several artists, including Kimbra, Twin Shadow, Rivers Cuomo from Weezer and Dragonette — and today Idolator is premiering the latter pair-up’s song “Get Some Freedom.”

Big Data’s Alan Wilkis explains the track: “For this song, we envisioned the tech giant as the tyrannical dictator, offering the freedom that technology supposedly affords to his people as a means to control and enslave them.”
