After ditching Twitter, Iggy Azalea has also said "girl, bye" to Instagram.

When it was announced Iggy Azalea‘s tour was getting pushed back earlier this week, rumors swirled regarding the reasoning behind the delay, including a report that Iggy was refusing to promote or work with her management. But according to Iggy, that’s not the case.

The “Trouble” rapper made an appearance on AMP Radio to clear the air regarding the pushback, which she joked is because she’s a “psychopath.”

“It’s my first arena tour, so it’s a big undertaking. I’m doing a lot of creative direction, which I do for everything,” she explained, describing the production, including the custom stage she’s planning for the tour. “When you’re building a stage, you do it about six months in advance. My tour would have been April. We have not started building. That is not six months.”

She went on to outline her thought process further:

“To get the stage done in time, I would be making a lot of sacrifices and cuts and changes and compromise would have to be made to get this thing done in time. So I really considered: what do I want to do? Keep and honor the tickets on this date for fans but not have the show that I envisioned or promised them — a lesser version of it with not so many people jumping out of the ceilings and flying all over the place? Or do I wanna move it and have the absolute best show? The show that I envisioned? Obviously, I’ve chosen to move it.”

Ultimately, she’s not too concerned with the delay, because she wants to deliver greatness for fans: “I don’t want to have an average tour with a normal stage. I want people to come and really feel like they got their money’s worth.”
