Tove Lo & The Weeknd Perform At The Belmont & Youtube’s Coppertank Showcase For SXSW 2015: 7 Photos
Austin’s SXSW music festival brings in artists from various genres and countries, and last night (March 19) saw acts like Tove Lo and The Weeknd taking the stage at different venues! The two separate crowds welcomed the Swedish popstress at The Belmont, while the Canadian sexual deviant wooed the audience at Youtube’s Coppertank showcase!
The Weeknd (who recently won two JUNO awards) is currently enjoying his “Earned It” success, one of the major highlights off the Fifty Shades Of Grey soundtrack that is sitting pretty at the number six spot on Billboard. He is also gearing up to perform at The Roots’ Picnic on May 30 in Philadelphia. As for Tove Lo, she teamed up with Urban Cone on “Come Back To Me” and won major awards at the Swedish Grammis last month.
