Relive your teen nostalgia with one of the biggest pop albums of our generation!

Yesterday (March 20) was a very, very rainy one in Austin! But despite the overcast weather, we managed to take in some pretty awesome performances and events! Our day kicked off with a 20 minute-long scavenger hunt for coffee, and then we headed to Stubb’s to support our friends at SPIN for their day party!

The lineup included previous “Popping Up” act Kate Boy, as well as Odd Future’s Earl Sweatshirt and Run The Jewels. When SPIN’s day party wrapped up, we headed to the Pelon’s restaurant across the street from Stubb’s for the Royal Roast afterparty.

There, we enjoyed margaritas while mingling with artists from spanning genres. I had a very interesting and lengthy conversation about feminism with Los Angeles-based duo Holychild, and also chatted with Seinabo Sey and Tove Lo. But the highlight of the afterparty was definitely meeting UK musician Carl Barât from The Jackals and The Libertines!

After suffering from the torrential downpour all day, we ended our night with a dance party — thanks to Clean Bandit and Jess Glynne (our live review will be coming soon). Today (March 21) marks our last day at SXSW, and we can’t wait to see what it will bring! View some highlight videos from yesterday below.
