Rejoice! Lea Michele Has Started Recording Her Second Album
Lea Michele’s debut LP Louder peaked at number four on the Billboard 200, but wasn’t exactly a mega-seller — despite the involvement of A-Listers like Sia, Benny Blanco and Stargate. However, the resilient Glee star hasn’t given up her dreams of pop stardom and tweeted pics from the studio earlier this week (April 13). “Back at it in the recording studio today beginning my second record!” she reported.
“The past two years since finishing #Louder I’ve experienced so many moments of strength, tears, joy, growth, change and happiness,” the 28-year-old continued. “I’m so excited to put all of that into this next record.. I’m so grateful to be where I am today feeling so strong.” There were a couple of gems on Louder (the title track and “On My Way”), but hopefully there’s more substance to Lea’s sophomore LP.
