Wiz Khalifa & Charlie Puth Give Emotional Performance Of “See You Again” On ‘Ellen’: Watch
Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth’s springtime smash “See You Again” has struck a certain emotional chord with music buyers and moviegoers alike, as the single is currently tops on the Billboard Hot 100, while its parent album, the Furious 7 soundtrack, is #1 on the Billboard 200. (Likewise, Furious 7 is ruling the box office worldwide, having raked in $803 million in just under two weeks.)
Following Wiz’s performance of the song on The Voice last week, he was joined by Charlie on yesterday’s episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show for a moving live rendition of “See You Again,” complete with suped-up set of wheels and rolling fog on stage.
For added effect, clips of late actor Paul Walker from Furious 7 flashed by on the screen — not that we needed any additional reason to turn on the waterworks.
