Adam Lambert Shares The Cover And A Third Snippet Of “Ghost Town”: Listen
The buzz surrounding Adam Lambert’s comeback single “Ghost Town” (due April 21) grows ever louder with the arrival of a third snippet. The 33-year-old first teased a house instrumental and then a largely acoustic vocal. Today (April 16), the fiercest American Idol contestant is back in dance mode. “My heart is a ghost town,” he croons over deep house beats and a spooky hook that sounds straight out of the X Files.
Produced by Max Martin, the track already sounds like a hit — I have that one line stuck in my head — and repositions Adam as a boundary-pushing electronic artist. The “Whataya Want From Me” hitmaker also shared the black-and-white single cover and he looks suitably dreamy. The heartthrob’s trademark quiff is bigger than ever, and there’s even a little chest hair. This is basically porn for Glamberts! Check out the artwork and snippet below.
