Lana Del Rey Filmed A New Music Video
Lana Del Rey's third LP 'Honeymoon' could be a lot closer than we first thought.

While Lana Del Rey’s eagerly-awaited third LP Honeymoon could be a lot closer than we first thought (she recently filmed a video for the lead single), the wait for new material is still pretty agonizing. That makes the arrival of a new remix cause for celebration. Canadian DJ Tep No puts a breezy, tropical spin on Ultraviolence gem “Florida Kilos” and it works superbly.

At first I thought Tep No had simply mashed the track with Robin Schulz’s remix of “Waves,” but there are plenty of flourishes and original elements including an on-trend sax riff that runs through the song. The tropical vibe heightens the seductive undercurrent of sex and danger that runs through “Florida Kilos” and evokes visions of Lana sipping cocktails on a deckchair, planning her next bad decision. Listen to the excellent overhaul below.
