Nearly a year and a half ago, former Silverchair frontman Daniel Johns collaborated with fellow Aussie 360 on a song called “Impossible” and hinted at his debut solo album. Said LP finally has a title, Talk, and a May 22 release date.

Johns worked with a wide array of musicians on his upcoming record, including Louis School, Styalz, M-Phazes, Damn Moroda, Julian Hamilton of The Presets and Joel Little, the Grammy-winning producer of Lorde’s “Royals” and Sam Smith’s single-worthy In The Lonely Hour bonus track “Reminds Me Of You.”

In fact, Little co-wrote and produced the first two singles off Talk, “Aerial Love” and “Cool As Fire,” the latter being a gorgeous, synthy and soulful standout.

Catch both of those songs below.
