Miguel Hits The Studio With Skrillex & Kimbra For A Late Night Jam Session
There are a lot of great projects readying their summer releases, and one of the albums we’re most excited about is Miguel’s forthcoming third LP — WILDHEART.
The only taste the singer has unveiled is the ultra-sexy “Coffee (Fucking)” collaboration with Wale. But he is now offering more musical hints!
Miguel posted an Instagram photo showing Skrillex and Kimbra working in the studio, with the caption “4am jam.” It’s not clear if the trio are laying down tracks for Miguel’s album, but how awesome would that be? The R&B crooner is known for slinky bedroom romps, yet he also shines on kookier and frenzied tracks like “This Is Not A Game” from 2014’s Mockingjay — Part 1 soundtrack.
Look out for WILDHEART, the follow-up to 2012’s sophomore LP Kaleidescope Dream, when it drops on June 30.
