We are well into award show season (did you catch last night’s Billboard Music Awards?), and the latest to reveal its list of nominations is the 2015 BET Awards!

Leading the pack are Nicki Minaj and Chris Brown, who have six nods each. The “Night Is Still Young” rapstress’ nominations include Best Female Hip-Hop Artist and Video Of The Year for “Anaconda,” while Breezy is up for Best Male R&B/Pop Artist and Best Collaboration for “Loyal” and “New Flame.”

Other artists who landed on the list are Beyonce and Lil Wayne (who have four nods each), Ciara, Rae Sremmurd, Sam Smith, Zendaya and more.

But no everyone is happy about the nominations. Both Azealia Banks and Dev Hynes openly voiced their opinions about the show and the television network on Twitter today (May 18), targeting the favoritism and overly mainstream appeal.

Look out for the BET Awards, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, when it airs live on June 28 at Los Angeles’ Nokia Theatre.
