Frank Ocean’s forthcoming as-yet-untitled album is set to drop this summer, and the project has been getting the iconic treatment!

The artist has reportedly worked on the new record at the legendary Abbey Road Studios in London, a place where The Beatles, Depeche Mode, Michael Jackson and more have called home.

French pianist Christophe Chassol, who is working with the “Pyramids” singer, recently told BBC Radio 6 Music: “The guy is smart. He’s really smart. The way he works in the studio is really cool. He has a printer, he has a lot of pictures of architecture, contemporary art, a lot of pictures of different kinds of things.”

Chassol continued, “So we start to work on a track and he says, this track is this — that car that you can see. He makes me work on a song, and I’m like, ‘oh this sounds like Pino Donaggio’s score for Blow Out, by Brian De Palma’.” He also revealed that Ocean is working with Diplo, so this project may find the singer diving into new sounds.

Look out for Frank Ocean’s sophomore follow-up to 2012’s Channel Orange this July.
