The "Bitch I'm Madonna" Video: First Look
The first look at Madonna's "Bitch I'm Madonna" video arrived via Wayne Coyne's Instagram.

Back in 2013, Kanye West found himself in some legal trouble when he was sued by Ricky Spicer, former pre-teen R&B lead singer of Ponderosa Twins Plus One, over a sample in Yeezus single — “Bound 2.” Spicer claimed ‘Ye did not have permission to use a sample from “Bound,” which was released in 1969.

Fast forward to two years later, and the case has now been settled. According to NME, Kanye’s team filed paperwork to a New York court on May 11 that discontinued Spicer’s copyright infringement lawsuit (the amount of settlement money was not revealed).

The rapper is famously known for using old-school samples in his music and he gives clear credit to them, so it is unfortunate he had to go through this for two years. Hopefully Spicer is satisfied!
