Head back to the '80s with the amusing, alien-themed "Pretty Girls" video.

As you likely know by now, Little Mix passed on recording “Pretty Girls,” but gave the song to Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea. Turns out the track wasn’t a fit for the UK girl group — “We wrote it with Maegan Cottone, who we’ve written a lot of this album with. We loved the song but it wasn’t really for us so we put it out there and, lo and behold, Britney wanted it,” they said during a recent interview — but that didn’t stop the ladies from letting everyone know what their version would have sounded like.

Below is a clip of Little Mix serving up an a cappella rendition of the “Pretty Girls” chorus during an interview with Capital FM in the UK.

Not bad, but the girls may have dodged a bullet with this one; while “Pretty Girls” has yet to be released in the UK, the single has dropped from #30 to #38 on the Billboard Hot 100 in only its second week on the chart.

Instead, Little Mix opted for “Black Magic” as the lead offering from their upcoming sophomore LP. Check it out here.
