This year’s Governors Ball lineup spans all kinds of genres, but when it comes to eras, it’s a decidedly millennial affair. While there are some wizened legends like Björk and Noel Gallagher on the bill, much of the roster is made up of acts who’ve cut their teeth online and risen with the internet generation. That’s apparent in the headlining slots secured by Drake and Lana Del Rey, as well as rambunctious acts like Charli XCX, Rae Sremmurd and HOLYCHILD filling out the middle tier.
