Major Lazer's 'Peace Is The Mission': Review
Diplo's dancehall crew goes mainstream.

Even though the latest Major Lazer album Peace Is The Mission just dropped this week, Diplo is showing no signs of taking a break. In a Reddit AMA Tuesday (June 2) the producer/DJ revealed that he has some new collaborations on the way with Iggy Azalea and Tinashe.

Diplo told fans he worked with Iggy, Konshens and Benny Blanco on a “big” new Major Lazer song, which features the lyrics “Never seen a booty bounce like that.” Wonder if this is part of Iggy’s “creative change of heart.”

As for that Tinashe collab, it doesn’t look like it’ll be under the Major Lazer moniker: “diplo x Jauz x tinashe song is gonna be big.” It’s unclear when Tinashe linked up with Diplo, but he isn’t the only super-producer she has booked time with recently — she’s been in the studio with Max Martin and Dr. Luke for her sophomore album.

That’s not all! Diplo has more material with  in the wings, including one called “Kamikaze,” and he added that music from the Major Lazer cartoon will be released commercially at the end of the summer. Though, they still have to whittle down the material: “like 40 songs tho we have to choose what to work on.”
