:: Marc had a lot to say about Madge’s era on Madonna’s “Bitch I’m Madonna” Single Cover & Official Remixes Arrive: Listen To All Five: “Madonna F’d up this entire era. The album is one of her best, truly is. It’s not 100% radio friendly but the work will stand the test of time. However, her team majorly messed up. All the leaks aside, look how awful this cover is and it’s art work. It looks like an iPhone photo and a cheap app. Madonna, no! You’re the queen of it all but this is some duchess type of artwork, not queen caliber! Furthermore, they released all the wrong singles. Why wasn’t the catchy, feel-good, relatable title song not released? When you define what a rebel heart is, we’re all that to some extent and we will all find a reason to hum the song. THIS song is hands down the worst on the album, along with illuminati. It once again proves Madonna is enough by herself and when she adds younger superstars it fails. Madonna, these remixes and song overall is a fail. I hope the visual helps but I fear it’s going to be another gang bang of cheap ploys. Drop the grills, dance more, gives us better singles and be on your merry way. Next album, don’t F it up!

I’m not a Gaga stan, not a Beyonce stan! All the ladies accomplished greatness on their own merits. This is a true Madonna fan, having a real conversation with what is almost no longer queen of pop. Fix it, Jesus.”

:: lordh also had a lot of thoughts, but this time it was another diva on Jimmy Jam Hints At Janet Jackson’s New Single Being Called “No SL333P” (Or “Plush”) In A Cryptic Tweet: “i’m gonna be the elephant in the room- if those are the lyrics then there may be trouble. as in- another sex song or song inferring sexual intimacy. which yes we know that’s one of her things as is and always has been with singers and song writers from the time there were bards. the thing is after this whole build up of keeping the conversation going etc etc, if the lead song is about not getting any sleep (wink, wink) the masses may turn away. do not get me wrong- i am extremely excited for new work from janet, jimmy, and terry. her starting her own label is phenomenal!! i look forward to the first artist she signs. personally i hope its Ciara.

but, in regards to her new label and her “arguably” being the first black female to start one, we know its not true. so why would she allow BMG to write up that statement? even using the word arguably does not excuse the fact that it is not true. she may be the “biggest” black female artist to do so and she may be the first to offer this type of home and contracts to artist but then why not just say that? she signed off on what was published. ego? we all have it and in the entertainment world you need it to survive but it’s a small but still red flag for me. there are too many eyes watching and wanting her to fail for such things to start to happen. hopping off soapbox now- i hope for the best and wait just like the rest of you :)”

:: Jay spilled some true music tea on Florence + The Machine Scores First #1 On Album Chart, Jason Derulo’s ‘Everything Is 4’ Arrives In The Top 5: “Jason Derulo sold 22,000 albums (37,000 album+streaming) and that’s considered a success? Times really have changed.”

:: Thomas Alex Dugrosprez was a bit shady on Jessie J Joins Forces With Jhene Aiko And Rixton For Pop-Tarts Collaboraton “Sorry To Interrupt”: Listen: “So, is Jessie J just doing commercials instead of music now?”

:: musick lova did some promo on Iggy Azalea Reveals That She Has Scrapped “6 Months Of Work,” Is Starting Sophomore LP From Scratch: “Yes, let’s go back to mixtape racist iggy? I can’t stand her and her “runaway….slave master” self. Can she just stop?? Buy: Broke With Expensive Taste on itunes!!”

:: Lastly, Jesse Eloff Pretorius wrapped up with this zinger on Diplo Explains His Scathing Review Of Zedd’s LP, Claims The DJ’s Relationship With Selena Gomez Was Fake: “This would all be wonderful if Diplo’s latest album was not getting reviews claiming that Major Lazer was going too Pop”
