Diddy was arrested yesterday (June 22) for allegedly assaulting a football coach at UCLA, according to TMZ. The hip-hop mogul was apparently none too happy with the way the coach (whose name is Sal Alosi) was speaking to his son Justin Combs’ at practice.

The MMM businessman began his confrontation with Alosi after he was screaming at Justin, and things soon got heated once Diddy reportedly picked up a kettleball and threw it at the coach (no one was seriously injured). Diddy is now in police custody at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Inmate Reception Center.and has been charged with five counts: three for of assault with a deadly weapon, one of making terrorist threats and one for battery.

UCLA football coach Jim Mora said in a statement: “I’m thankful that our staff showed the level of professionalism that they did in handling this situation. This is an unfortunate incident for all parties involved. While UCPD continues to review this matter, we will let the legal process run its course and refrain from further comment at this time.”

50 Cent, who has been beefing with Diddy for decades, took to social media to crack a few jokes about the Bad Boy CEO. View his Instagram video and a few Twitter updates below.
