Third time proved to be a charm for Madonna with regards to her latest album Rebel Heart, as this week its third single “Bitch I’m Madonna” has become the first to actually chart on the Billboard Hot 100. Madonna did no major promotion behind the song other than releasing its star-studded video last week.

In addition to folks like Chris Rock, Diplo, Alexander Wang and Rita Ora showing up to the “Bitch I’m Madonna” video shoot for a quick bit of on-camera time, Katy Perry, Beyonce, Miley Cyrus, Kanye West and Nicki Minaj all appear in the visual remotely via separate, edited-in clips. (You can read our thoughts on the Jonas Åkerlund-directed spectacle here.)

“Bitch I’m Madonna” debuted at #84 on the Billboard Hot 100 this week, following the song’s music video racking up over 10 million plays on YouTube last week. This is now Madonna’s first single to appear on the chart since “Give Me All Your Luvin” (another Madge single that contained a Nicki Minaj feature) peaked at #10 in 2012.

While Rebel Heart‘s first two singles, “Living For Love” and “Ghosttown,” failed to dent the Hot 100, they did both top the US Dance chart.

Who knows — maybe we’ll actually get a fourth single release from this album…of one of the good songs?
