Carly Rae Jepsen‘s “I Really Like You” single is amazingly catchy as it is, but Bleachers‘ Jack Antonoff has taken the tune to an even brighter level.

The new remix is now swarmed with a punching drum pattern and sweeping synths that makes it a little less bubblegum-pop and more of a charming ’80s-inspired groove.

E·MO·TION will be available on August 21 via Schoolboy Records/Interscope and September 25 in the UK. It features “Your Type,” “Run Away With Me” (the second single), “All That”and the ’80s-inspired title track.

As for Bleachers? They will be heading on a North American tour with Charli XCXwhich kicks off on July 21 in San Diego. Take a listen to the “I Really Like You” remix below.
