Pet Shop Boys Interview
We talk to legends Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe about 'Electric'.

While Hurts seemed to be giving an arch nod to elder statesman of British pop duos Pet Shop Boys with the cover art for their first two LPs, Happiness and Exile, they’ve gone in a much different and wildly more colorful direction for third album Surrender (out October 9). Theo Hutchcraft and Adam Anderson appear in their usual black and white attire here, but this time around they’re seen taking a stroll through spare but vibrant, pink-tinted field.

Last month it was announced that that all 10 tracks on Hurts latest outing were co-produced by Stuart Price and Ariel Rechtshaid.

Meanwhile, Price will be doubling up on duo duty, as he’s also set to produce Pet Shop Boys’ forthcoming 13th studio album, which will be released sometime in 2016.
