It’s been a memorable week for Katy Perry. She waded into that tense Twitter exchange between Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift at the last minute — firing off a lethal missive that exposed the 1989 diva’s hypocrisy in less than 140 characters. In addition to finally getting revenge for “Bad Blood,” the 30-year-old also unveiled her cute Japan Vogue cover. Looking like Kris Jenner’s much-younger, hipster sister, she teams a cute pixie cut with a pretty pink dress.
The rest of the shoot is edgier with Katy rocking a Moschino hoodie (she is their new poster girl after all) in one pic and what appears to be a jacket made out of several mop heads in another, which is photographic evidence that the “Dark Horse” chart-topper would look good in anything. Now that the Prismatic World Tour is finally behind her, it won’t be too long before the pop icon is back in the studio. After all, Katy’s manager promised new music by the end of the year.
