A$AP Rocky shows some remorse about his "tasteless" Rita Ora lyric.

A$AP Rocky is the star of A$AP Mob, but A$AP Ferg might be the most purely likable member of the crew. And he may be about to reach a whole new level of likability thanks to collaborations with heavyweights Madonna, Pharrell and Missy Elliott planned for his second album.

In a recent interview with Revolt, Ferg said he was in the studio with each of those three legends and that they all felt his sophomore effort was sounding “crazy.”

“I got a lot of collaborations on there, I got a lot of my own songs on there,” he said. “So far, everybody I played it for said it’s crazy. I was in the studio with Pharrell, I was in the studio with Madonna, and they said, ‘Oh, this is crazy.’ Missy said it’s crazy.”

Madge worked with Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Chance The Rapper, Diplo and SOPHIE on her last album, so this partnership isn’t actually as bizarre as it seems on paper. Plus, on the remix to HAIM‘s “My Song 5,” the Trap Lord proved he can work well in a pop-oriented environment. As for when we can expect to hear some of this, Ferg promised, “The album is coming out this year, definitely.”
