Galantis' New Jam "Peanut Butter Jelly"
Galantis preview debut LP "Pharmacy' With new single "Peanut Butter Jelly."

Comprised of Christian Karlsson (Bloodshy of Bloodyshy & Avant fame) and Linus Eklöw (otherwise known as Style Of Eye), Galantis are responsible for some of the best dance-pop anthems of the last decade. (See Britney Spears’ “Toxic,” Kylie Minogue’s “Speakerphone” and Icona Pop’s “I Love It,” for starters). It was only a matter of time before the duo landed a smash hit of their own and they achieved that goal with “Runaway (U & I),” which went top 10 in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

Galantis have even higher hopes for disco-tinged electro-house anthem “Peanut Butter Jelly.” The infectious floorfiller is already killing it in clubland and is as good a candidate as any to crossover. As such, the label has gone all out with a sure-to-go viral video. It finds a group of unsuspecting shoppers stripping off and dancing like extras from Saturday Night Fever in the aisles of a grocery store. It owes a small debt to Fatboy Slim’s “Praise You” video, but it’s extremely fun. Watch up top.
