Little Mix Mash Up Jason Derulo’s “Want To Want Me” & Whitney Houston’s “I Wanna Dance With Somebody”: Watch
It’s been a tragic week for the families of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston, as their daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown passed away at age 22 on Sunday, July 26 after spending several months in a medically-induced coma. But UK girl group Little Mix chose to pay tribute by selecting an upbeat number from Houston’s vast catalog of hits to sing while making a promotional appearance on BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge.
The quartet mashed 1987 Whitney smash “I Wanna Dance With Somebody” up with Jason Derulo‘s recent Top 10 hit “Want To Want Me” for a spirited performance that included a band and a crew of backing vocalists.
Little Mix also belted out their latest single “Black Magic,” which is now in its second week at #1 on the UK chart.
