Robin And Nicki's "Back Together": Listen
Robin Thicke and Nicki Minaj join forces for uptempo jam "Back Together." Listen.

Robin Thicke returned to the music scene in late June with soulful slow jam “Morning Sun.” It appeared to mark a return to the understated R&B sound of his pre-“Blurred Lines” output, but the crooner then opted for something more contemporary for the follow-up. Produced by Max Martin, “Back Together” pairs the 39-year-old with Nicki Minaj and a massive pop chorus in an obvious bid for a radio domination. As it turns out, there’s also a solo version.

The delightfully-titled “Fuck Me Back Together” is not only feature-free, it’s (as you might have guessed from the title) rather explicit. In many ways the track picks up where underrated Blurred Lines single “Give It 2 U” left off. It’s slick, provocative and ruthlessly catchy. At this rate, Robin’s 8th LP is shaping up to be an eclectic affair. Listen to the new and improved version of the hitmaker’s latest track below.

UPDATE: We’ve been asked to remove the song by the label. But you can listen to it here.
