Zayn Malik Expresses Interest In Working With Tyler, The Creator
The upside to Zayn Malik‘s falling out with Naughty Boy is that it frees up Malik to work with other producers — like Frank Ocean collaborator Malay. Odd Future godhead Tyler, The Creator realizes this and he’s putting in a bid to step in and fill the vacancy. On Sunday (August 9), he tweeted at the former One Direction member, writing “I HAVE BEAUTIFUL INSTRUMENTALS AND YOU HAVE A VOICE LETS FIGURE THIS OUT MY GUY.”
On Monday night, Zayn responded… and he’s into it. “Sounds sick BRO let do some shit !” he wrote to the Cali rapper.

This might be crazy enough to work, or at least for them to try it, because it’s a win-win. For Tyler, it would be a huge boost to his career as a producer, potentially introducing him to a huge faction of Directioners who’ve never heard his stuff. As for Zayn, it would demonstrate that he’s really willing to take risks and get out of his comfort zone for this solo project. Plus, it would give him a true DGAF ally in any future Twitter spats.
